Before UDiligence, the only ways to find out about problems on student-athletes social networking pages was by manualy searching which was not only inefficient, it rarely produced any results.   Keeping up with 550+ athletes on a regular basis is an impossible task.  I am no longer at the school, but I understand they recently renewed the contract with good reason.
